根據(jù)物件污垢程度選擇對應(yīng)槽位,粗洗、精洗、漂洗槽需區(qū)分使用。將預(yù)處理后的物件完全浸沒在清洗液中,保持間距避免遮擋超聲傳播,異形件需調(diào)整角度確保全方位受振。參數(shù)設(shè)置需靈活調(diào)整:普通污垢清洗 5-20 分鐘即可,頑固污漬可延長;20-40kHz 低頻適合粗糙件去重污,40-100kHz 高頻適配精密件;加熱功能可將溫度控制在 30-80℃,加速污垢溶解。啟動設(shè)備后,觀察清洗液中產(chǎn)生的空化氣泡,若出現(xiàn)異常噪音或溫度驟升,需立即停機排查。

物件取出時用工具輔助,避免直接接觸高溫液體,隨后轉(zhuǎn)入漂洗環(huán)節(jié)去除殘留清洗液,復(fù)雜件可用 0.2-0.3MPa 高壓氣槍吹掃縫隙。干燥處理需根據(jù)物件特性選擇方式:簡單件自然晾干,精密或易銹件可在 50-80℃烘干箱中處理,或用壓縮空氣吹干。設(shè)備維護包括排空廢液、沖洗槽體,定期清潔換能器表面,檢查部件磨損情況,確保下次使用時性能穩(wěn)定。
When removing objects, use tools to assist and avoid direct contact with high-temperature liquids. Then, proceed to the rinsing process to remove residual cleaning solution. For complex parts, use a 0.2-0.3MPa high-pressure air gun to blow the gaps. Drying treatment should be selected according to the characteristics of the object: simple parts can be naturally air dried, precision or rust prone parts can be treated in a drying oven at 50-80 ℃, or dried with compressed air. Equipment maintenance includes emptying waste liquid, flushing the tank, regularly cleaning the surface of the transducer, checking for component wear, and ensuring stable performance for the next use.
